ELLICOTT CITY, MD – Howard County’s Department of Public Works’ (DPW) Transportation and Special Projects Division will hold a public meeting on Thursday, May 19th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., in the cafeteria at Patuxent Valley Middle School at 9151 Vollmerhausen Road in Jessup, to present plans for a sidewalk improvement in Jessup.
The proposed project includes installation of sidewalk, curb and gutter along the south side of Guilford Road between Winterbrook Lane and a point near US 1. This project is expected to begin in summer 2023.
While no formal presentation will be made, DPW staff will be on hand to explain the project, answer any questions and gather public comments.
