County Executive Ball is committed to a responsive government. Our Constituent Services team can help navigate the county bureaucracy, respond to questions or concerns, and assist those trying to access County services. Since December 2018, the County Executive’s Office has responded to more than 10,000 constituent cases from calls, emails, and letters.

Staying Connected
Constituent Services regularly attends community and association meetings, including local events. We work collaboratively with community leaders to identify priorities and proactively work on solutions. Where needed, we arrange for County staff and departments to attend meetings to provide updates on projects and listen to concerns. If you would like to request a member of our team join you at your next meeting, please contact us.
Community Partnerships
Constituent Services also hosts pop-up monthly meetings with constituents, serves as liaison to community driven initiatives, and hosts select annual events sponsored by the Executive’s office.
