The Howard County Local Care Team provides a forum for families of children with intensive needs to access information on available resources and services with the goal of keeping children in their homes and communities through access to community-based services. The team is comprised of representatives from the major child serving agencies, as well as a parent advocate. The group works together with the family to identify programs and services that can best assist child and family needs.
