Howard County has made available its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (“ACFR”), Popular Annual Financial Report ("PAFR"), Single Audit Report and Retirement Plan Financial Statement, (collectively referred to as the “Audit Reports” in this section). This information should be examined for historical or background purposes only. Each viewer of the Audit Reports acknowledges and agrees as follows: (i) the information should not be construed as a description of Howard County (or its programs) in conjunction with any current offering of bonds or securities by Howard County, these descriptions are only made in the appropriate Official Statements of Howard County, (ii) no representation is made nor shall any assumption be made from the information in the Audit Reports that the affairs of Howard County (or its programs) have not changed since the date of the individual report, (iii) the Audit Reports speaks only as of its date, and (iv) Howard County does not periodically or otherwise update the Audit Reports or maintain the availability of all of the information contained in the Audit Reports. Howard County publishes its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for each fiscal year ending June 30th. The ACFR includes the County’s financial statements, notes to the financial statements, a Management’s Discussion and Analysis section, and other supplementary and statistical information.
