Development Monitoring System Report
This annual report covers development activity in the County during the past year. It also includes a summary of development trends over the past five years. The development monitoring system was put in place as part of the County's Adequate Public Facilities Act (APF) adopted in 1992. The purpose of the APF law is to provide a growth management process that will enable the County to provide adequate public schools, roads and other infrastructure in a timely manner while achieving General Plan growth objectives.
Construction Report
Development in the County is tracked on a daily basis. This report provides monthly updates on the development process and tabulates new residential construction by unit type based on use and occupancy permits. Population is also estimated based on the number of housing units.
Housing Sales
This report summarizes housing sales since 2002, showing sales trends over time including sales prices and the number of sales.
