Howard County Health Department provides STI education, screening, and treatment services for men and women. Appointments are available Monday through Friday at the Columbia Health Center. Call 410-313-7500 to schedule an appointment.
Fees may apply. Donations are accepted.

Spanish and other language interpreters are available. (Se habla espanol)
Screenings for: Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Hepatitis, and HIV/AIDS
Treatments for: Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Genital Warts (Condyloma), Trichomoniasis
Exams for symptomatic patients
Vaccines for prevention of STIs: Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Gardasil (ages 19-26)
Partner referrals for testing and treatment
PROVIDER ALERT: INCREASING RATES OF CHLAMYDIA AND GONORRHEA IN MARYLAND: In 2016, Howard County chlamydia and gonorrhea rates were the highest they have been in 10 years. Chlamydia rates increased more than 300% from 62 (1996) to 271 (2016). Gonorrhea rates increased 13% during the same period. Additionally, Howard County teens are accounting for a disproportionately high percentage of these new infections. Click here to read the full release from the Howard County Health Department.
