Howard County Executive Calvin Ball, Howard County Tourism and Ellicott City Partnership are offering a little extra incentive to shop in Old Ellicott City (OEC) this holiday season with OEC Holiday Bucks program. The program provides $10 spending vouchers redeemable at participating restaurants, shops and service providers within the OEC historic district.
