Old Lawyers Hill Road Water Main Project to Begin

Ellicott City Culvert and Storm Drain Enhancement Project Site Investigation to Continue
A Howard County construction project to conduct test pits and soil borings near 8600 Main Street in Ellicott City is expected to begin on or about Thursday, August 22.
