Howard County Executive Calvin Ball today announced the launch of the County’s Department of Community Resources and Services (DCRS) ‘Age-Friendly Community Survey.’

Last week, Governor Hogan recognized four Howard County Government officials among 40 professionals in the State who are now Certified Climate Change Professionals®, an international credential administered by the Association of Climate Change Officers (ACCO). The Howard County Arts Council is seeking applications from artists to fill multiple artist studio spaces at Long Reach Village Center. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until studios are filled. Applicants will be evaluated based on their artistic discipline, artistic merit and commitment, as well as the appropriateness of their activities for the available space.
